You guys teh rulez.
I'm assuming the Months of Supply graph only includes currently active listings and not people who have given up trying to sell in this market and pulled their properties. The one neighborhood I've been keeping track of has had approx 20% of it's listings over the past year pulled with no sale meaning there's a bunch of potential inventory just sitting there vacant...
